Director – Dave Lemmerman

Property management, volunteer coordination, program administration, personnel, budget/accounting, contracts, training, agency/community relations, safety/risk management, and supervision of youth.  All questions and issues should be addressed to Dave using the information on our Contact Us page.

Helping Dave run and manage the details of our facility are people in the following roles:

Program Director

Program operations, staff coordination, youth supervision, agency/community logistics, program planning and inspections.

Human Services Professional

Service Planning and coordination; admissions; agency relations; family contact, communications, and development; marketing; grievance officer; and HIPPA compliance officer.

Program Assistant

Staff assistance/supervision, youth supervision, program implementation, lodge upkeep, program planning, youth transport and support.

House Parents, and Relief House Parents

Consistent direct care 24 hour staff that are supported by the rest of the staff and our functions to provide a stable trusting relationship for the youth with a significant adult.  Our core parents are a couple that provide a model for relationships and family roles.  House parents supervise youth, plan program activities, implement programs, transport youth, and communicate with schools and family contacts.

Board of Directors

In addition to the on-site people above, Mountain Top is supported by an active Board of Directors consisting of prominent leaders throughout the communities covered by Mountain Top’s Programs.
